By using Shuriza Store Kediri services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

• Users must provide accurate and correct information when placing an order.
• Each account may only be used by its registered owner.
• We have the right to reject or cancel orders if misuse is detected.

• Prices listed on the website are final prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Payment is made after order confirmation through WhatsApp.
• Unpaid orders within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
• Payment proof must be sent to the admin through WhatsApp.

• Digital products will be delivered after payment is confirmed by the admin.
• Delivery is handled through WhatsApp or email depending on the product type.
• Delivery time: 1-24 hours during operating hours (08:00-22:00 WIB).
• Orders outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

Because digital products cannot be returned, our refund policy is as follows:

• A full refund is given if the product cannot be used as described and we cannot provide a replacement.
• Product replacement will be the primary option if there is a product issue.
• No refund is provided for products that have been used or if the issue is caused by user error.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after purchase.
• Refund processing takes 1-3 business days after approval.

Users are prohibited from:

• Reselling products purchased from Shuriza Store Kediri without permission.
• Using products for illegal activities or legal violations.
• Taking actions that harm Shuriza Store Kediri or other users.
• Abusing the order system, accounts, or website features.
